If the parties to the dispute, difference or question can agree upon a single arbitrator, the dispute, difference or question shall be referred to a single arbitrator for a decision.
If the parties to the dispute, difference or question cannot agree upon a single arbitrator, then the terms of The Arbitration Act (Manitoba) shall apply.
